Open to Technical Account Manager roles

Leeya Thercy

I translate complicated systems into wins clients actually feel.

Systems Engineer turned relationship-builder. Two years owning an enterprise SaaS platform for 4,500+ employees taught me that tech solutions should always center around making sure the humans on the other end of it succeed. Now looking to bring that same platform ownership, training, and problem-solving energy to a Technical Account Manager seat.

From building the platform to being the person clients trust with it

I spent the last two years as the sole US-based engineer responsible for Delta's enterprise workforce platform which meant my responsiblities spanned beyond just shipping features. I was the escalation point, the trainer, the documentation writer, and the calm voice on a Saturday morning on-call page. That's the job of a Technical Account Manager, I just had a different title for it.

  • Client-facing platform ownership — full lifecycle support for 4,500+ end users, solo.
  • Translator between engineering and the business — turning PL/SQL and architecture into decisions leadership can act on.
  • Enablement & training — ran recurring live training labs so users could self-serve with confidence.
  • Reliability under pressure — 24x7 on-call, zero-disruption weekly deployments.
  • Data-driven problem solving — automation that recovered cost and improved adoption metrics leadership cared about.

  • Sole US-based engineer owning the full lifecycle of enterprise workforce platforms serving 4,500+ employees — feature development, configuration, user support, and 24x7 on-call operations.
  • Redesigned role-based, responsive UI/UX for Delta's time tracking and project management applications, driving a ~35% increase in mobile usage and a ~65% drop in delinquent timesheets.
  • Built Python and PL/SQL automation that strengthened data governance and recovered ~400 unused software licenses monthly, directly cutting software spend.
  • Kept platform health steady around the clock, monitoring AWS EC2 and database performance to resolve issues before they reached end users.
  • Authored architecture documentation (ERIM, logical, deployment diagrams) and ran virtual training labs twice weekly so content managers and users could operate the platform with confidence.
  • Recognized by senior leadership for sustaining full delivery and operational excellence solo during team absences — no drop in output or platform availability.

Web design, on the side

Alongside my full-time role, I design and build websites for small businesses and clients. It's been a great way to keep my design instincts sharp.
